Um dia na praia

Numa praia portuguesa - Trioa- são km até....lá abaixo. Pena que o verão não dure o ano todo!

No pouco tempo que temos, é de aproveitar e espero que para o ano esta praia ainda seja pública e não mais uma propriedade do sr. Belmiro de Azevedo!
O meu filhote molha o pézinho para ver se a água está boa. Irei ao banho ou não?! Ah! Mesmo com a àgua gelada ele não resiste!

A irmã também está a ganhar coragem mas, o lema dela é o mesmo que o meu: quando se vai à praia, tem que se molhar nem que seja o pé!! Há que experimentar a àgua!!

Sou ou não uma sereia?!!!

Mãe, olha para mim! Pareço um profissional!! Definitivamente este é um desporto que gosto muito, afinal também mete água! Ah ah..

O meu filhote tornou-se fã do bodyboard... ai, se os banhos na minha banheira eram um caos, agora....

Quem ficou sem prancha fui eu! A minha filha resolveu ficar com a minha.

Olha aqui os dois em alta competição!! ah ah.

Bobbin lace - Renda de bilros

While I was on vacation I went to Peniche and visited the bobbin lace exhibition. All of them was for the 2008 contest. These photos aren't very good but I hope you can see how beautiful they are.
Numa das minhas idas a Peniche fui ver a exposição de Rendas de Bilros do concurso de 2008.

As fotografias não são muito boas mas, o meu teçemóvel não é muito sofisticado! Mas espero que mesmo assim possam apreciar o belo trabalho que estas rendeiras fizeram.

PIP Camp

On the 5th and 6th of September we had another two days camp.

This quilt top was made with old clothes from JoAnn's husband - recicle! After 3 attempts finally it was ready to pin it. Here is Ursula helping JoAnn.

Changing positions - me am JoAnn! I told JoAnn that she should write on each square where it came from. ehehe!

Here you can se how busy we all are!

And the table is set for lunch girls!

This is my christmas tree; I was able to finishd it and now is waiting to be quilted.

Irene is making this log cabin - I like the colors, so bright! And her next project is this beautiful doll.

Betty and Cathy are removing the papper - I hated this part!







And Ursula is helping Milly with her christmas tree.

PIP Camp - UFO camp

This time we had our PIP camp at the ministry centre and was a UFO camp.

Theresa brought her Chunky Charndash to quilt - it is beautifull all in pinks and greens.

I finished all my 10 baubles and was trying to place them together...hum, what do you think?!

Irene has finished her Rail Fence table runner and this is the beautiful label she brought for it.
